Content Removal Request
DMCA notices, copyright claims, privacy requests, and other takedown requests
FunMe Twin Cities aggregates publicly available event information from venue websites, city calendars, and other public sources. If you are the rights holder of an image, the subject of an event listing, or otherwise have a legitimate reason to request removal of content, use the form below.
What we'll do
- Valid requests are typically actioned within 2 business days. Most are processed faster.
- The content is removed from the live site immediately upon action.
- The source URL is added to a suppression list so weekly re-scrapes do not re-publish it.
- You'll receive an email confirmation once the removal is complete.
For DMCA copyright notices
To submit a notice of copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)), please include the following information in the form below (the fields are structured to collect each):
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed (in the Details field).
- Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material on FunMe TC (the event URL and image URL fields).
- Your contact information (name, email, organization).
- A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized — required checkbox below.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the rights holder's behalf — required checkbox below.
- An electronic signature (your typed full name in the Signature field).
Knowingly false DMCA notices are subject to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Please only submit a notice if you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
