Nuno Felted Scarf Workshop with Becky Utecht

Try out wet felting while making a one-of-a-kind felted scarf! Students will work with fiber artist and expert felt maker Becky Utecht, who will guide the class through the process of wet felting a scarf (about 28” long) from wool, Tencel fabric, and silk in just one afternoon. Nuno felting is a beginner friendly technique, layering wool onto a fabric base and adhering the two layers through the action of wet felting, resulting in a soft, drapable fabric.
