Firefly Nights

Come for a walk on the trails as the sun sets and learn about the unique biology of these fascinating insects from naturalists along the way! Visit at the Visitor Shelter for more activities. We’ll observe fireflies after dark in the woodland and meadow. 8-9pm – Visit with garden naturalists and ambassadors from Starry Skies North to learn how you can help these twinkling insects thrive even in your own neighborhood! 9 – 10pm – Firefly viewing after dark. No registration necessary. Activities outside the Martha Crone Visitor Shelter.
