Featured Artist: Four Centuries of Music for Cello and Piano with Thomas Rosenberg and Mark Mazullo

Macalester Music Department faculty Thomas Rosenberg and Mark Mazullo present an evening of music for cello and piano. From the foundations of the Western classical canon in J.S. Bach's Prelude and Fugue to modern composer Caroline Shaw's in manus tuas, itself based on a 16th-century motet by Thomas Tallis, the program spans the centuries with evocative melodies of the past and present.
